This page discusses the construction impacts of the planned (two) tunnels on the Delta. (Note: Whether one or two tunnels are built, the construction impact is a huge issue for Delta waterways, roads, and historical towns).
The impact on Delta waterways and roads will be significantly detrimental to boating and recreation throughout the Delta.
