I spoke with Lea at Mary Piepho’s office this morning. Mary has been out of town but Lea was at the last Discovery Bay meeting at the school. She stated that Mary is completely against this and has sent a letter to Congressman McNerney’s office demanding that Discovery Bay be heard. The letter is attached.

Alisa Alva who is the coordinator for the Congressman’s schedule has stated that he is in DC and is completely booked. Mary is prepared to fly to DC if necessary to present our case but she needs all of our help NOW. We are advised that in addition to the letters that we are sending out we need to immediately include Congressman McNerney.
